We offer free standard tracked shipping on orders over $30 and free express shipping on orders over $80.

Express shipping is not available for orders containing aerosol products (Instant Tan, 1 Hour Express Self Tan, Face & Body Sunscreen Spray SPF50+), or orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico due to shipping restrictions.

Please allow approximately 2-7 business days to receive your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse (if you chose the regular UPS Ground option).

If you purchased UPS 2 Day priority shipping your order will take approximately 2-3 working days to arrive once it has been dispatched.

All orders are shipped with UPS and UPS 2Day. Depending on where you are located, your order may be handed over to USPS.

The tracking number and link provided in your shipping confirmation email can be used throughout the entire shipping process.

All orders are shipped from our distribution centre in Los Angeles, USA.

Unfortunately not, as soon as your order has left our warehouse we are unable to change any of the details. Always be sure to triple check your order details and notify our customer service team at info@balibodyco.com as soon as you realise something is incorrect. Bali Body will not be liable for orders missing due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

You can track your order using the tracking number and link provided to you in your shipping confirmation email.

If your order is being shipped with our free UPS Ground options then you may use a PO Box. If you have chosen to purchase UPS 2 Day shipping, please ensure your postal address is to a home or business address.

You must also provide a mobile phone number so that the courier can call you if they require further delivery confirmation and/or updates.
