All orders are shipped with USPS and Fedex from our distribution centre in Los Angeles.
Shipping takes 2-7 business days, this applies from the day your order is shipped. If you are located on the West Coast, the shipping time will be approximately 2-3 business days. We aim to dispatch all orders on the next business day.
We also offer Fedex 2 day shipping, prices for this can be found at the checkout. This is great for babes on the East Coast that need their BB fast!
You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is confirmed, please check this to make sure your address is correct, if your address is incorrect please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will do our best to update your details.
We aim to dispatch all orders by the very next business day. All orders are shipped from our L.A warehouse.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order is shipped.

We stock in two stores in Bali - Atilla Co in Canggu and Gooseberry Intimates in Seminyak.
Our Watermelon Tanning Oil provides the deepest glow. The Watermelon Seed Oil contained in the product promotes the natural production of melanin in your skin, that’s the stuff that makes your skin tan!
We can not accept any returns due to health regulations, although if you feel that the product you have received is not satisfactory or you feel is not as advertised, then shoot us an email at email@example.com and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
If your order arrives damaged, please send us an email and we will help you out as soon as possible.
As we process all orders immediately through to our warehouse, we do not accept any cancellations or changes to orders placed. You are welcome to email us and request a cancellation/change to your order, and if possible we will assist you. Please take care to double check your details before you complete your order.
Sorry babe, we only accept orders in English, orders placed in any other languages run the risk of being lost in transit, and BB is not liable for any issues caused by orders in languages other than English. Orders in Hebrew are not acceptable.
