How To Green Smoothie Like A Pro

We have gone green smoothie mad at Bali Body HQ this week, and we are LOVING it. The benefits of getting so much wholefood goodness in a single drink is endless for your body and mind. Instead of reaching for that chocolate bar in the afternoon, get this in your system and you will never look back.

Green Smoothie

What you will need:

- A good quality blender
- 1 Fresh & 1 Frozen Bananas - chopped
- 1/2 of Fresh Blueberries
- 1/2 cup of diced Fresh Pinapple
- 1 cup of Fresh Spinach
- 1/2 cup of Fresh Kale
- 3 Fresh Dates
- 2 tbs of Chia Seeds
- h20 or Coconut Water

What to do:

You should now have all your ingredients all chopped, measured and ready to go - CHECK. All you need to do now, is throw everything into the blender and watch your miracle green smoothie come to life.

We created this beginners smoothie for our favourite gals to get you into the habit of drinking your greens. Once you can handle all the green goodness feel free to add more. Go Kale, Cucumber, Celery and Spiralina crazy. Mix it up and experiment with nuts and different fruits, the Green Smoothie world is your oyster, girlfriend.
